Accomodation and Layout
Sleep 10 guests in five staterooms, with 3 cabins in the aft of the yacht, 2 king sized beds that are 7 feet square and have the ability to be made into twin beds, the aft cabin bed measures 4 feet 8 inches wide by 7 feet 6 inches long and a queen sized cabin in each ama which each measure 4´7" wide by 6´8" long. Additionally, Promenade sleeps 4 crew members, 2 in the middle forepeak, and one in the aft of each ama. There are two complete heads in the aft of the yacht, one in each ama, and one in the forepeak for a total of 5 complete heads. Additionally, all the guest cabins have private sinks.
Vessel Walkthrough
Enter through the cockpit down three steps to the main saloon. The saloon is extremely spacious with teak and holly floors, carpeting, wrap around couch which seats 8, as well as two additional lounging areas on top of the "wings" of the yacht. Throughout the yacht are lovely varnished wood accents. On the starboard side you have the computer center, storage space under every couch section, cabinets that hide the 20 golf cart battery banks, tv projector, liquor cabinet on the wall, liquor cabinet in the sole of the saloon, and lots of storage cabinets. On the port side of the saloon you have a 6 shelf bookcase, show cabinet, built in 6 cabinets for dishes, linen etc. and shelves for glassware. You access the galley, pantry and forepeak area from the saloon.
Saloon

Galley, Pantry, Laundry, Captains quarters
Located off the saloon midships is the spacious galley equipped with a large fridge and freezer, as well as mostly new top of the line equipment for food prep. The refrigeration system supplies not only the galley but also a cold drink refrigerator in the cockpit. Equipment includes a 5 burner frigidaire propane cook top, full sized propane oven. Both of these units have flame failure devices and there is additionally a propane gas detector. Other kitchen equipment includes, microwave, convection toaster oven, electric can opener, double stainless steel sink and food processor. In the sole of the galley is also located a large laundry bin. There is a large hatch over the stovetop for venting heat out, as well as a venting system for the oven. The galley is fully air conditioned, set up for both 110 and 220 Volt equipment, and has numerous power points which run off the generator or inverter. There are 3 hatches that open, 2 windows, 2 fans, spice racks, recipe racks, more storage then you would expect, and a door that closes off the saloon and the forepeak area if required. Moving forward of the galley we have a large pantry with a washing machine/dryer, ice cream maker, and plenty of storage and shelves on both sides of the hallways. Off the pantry is located the crew head with shower, sink, electric toilet and extraction fan. The Captains quarters forward of the pantry boasts a double V berth, A/C that runs either on generator or inverter, 2 fans, flat screen TV, playstation, DVD and VCR player, and an extra wide hatch which is perfect for cooling breezes.
Port Ama
Entering from the cockpit, at the very rear of the ama is a crew cabin with double bed, 2 opening hatches and one window, fan and light. Forward of the crew cabin is the SCUBA storage area with approx 20 BCD´s and 16 regulators, as well as shelves for small articles. Going down the ama we have the linen closet on one side and a library built into the other side. Then you have the port guest cabin with fan, powerpoint, opening hatch and two windows, hanging locker and 14 shelves for storage. At the very front is the large head with two opening hatches, window, shower, electric head, mirror and sink. The guest areas is fully air conditioned.
Starboard ama
The starboard guest cabin and crew cabin is a mirror image of the port ama, and in the middle there is our chart room and office with plenty of desk space and storage, and a seat that raises up and down for ease of working, additionally on this side we keep all the manuals, and a lot of sail repair items, flags, flares, life jackets etc.
Aft
Going down four wide steps into a hallway, you have the hot water heater under the steps and the engine room under the cockpit. The aft have first of all, a cabin on either side which boasts 7 foot square beds that can be turned into twin beds if needed. There is a sink in each cabin, mirror, fan, two windows and one opening hatch, power point, hanging locker, and 10 storage cupboards as well. Next you come to two heads one on each side which have head, sink, shower, mirror, one opening hatch, one window and plenty of storage. In the very aft of the yacht is the master guest cabin, which not only has a bed which is 7 feet long, a sink, hanging locker, bookshelves, fan, and more storage then any other room, but also has 5 hatches that open, 2 out of the very aft of the yacht, just a foot above the water.
Main Deck
The cockpit is spacious, with two hard wood varnished tables with cushioned seating all the way around which can sit 16 comfortably for meals. Additionally in the cockpit there are 4 outdoor speakers, an icemaker, a filter chilled cold water fountain, and a refrigerated cold drink locker, which is almost as large as the galley fridge. In the middle of the cockpit is the helm with radio, depth and speed finder, GPS, autohelm, powerpoints, engine controls and gauges, and wind instruments. From the cockpit you have additional controls for the windless, as well as switches for the holding tanks. All the cushioned seats have storage under them for everything from fishing gear to shoe storage and mask, fins and snorkel storage. The entire cockpit is covered by a permanent awning which also has curtains that can be rolled down when it rains, and clear blinds in front of the helm. Over the helm, we also have a rack which stores 5 fishing rods. Aft of the cockpit you have the aft deck with a large scuba locker, as well as storage area for 18 tanks. There is an easy step down to the swim platform with a 5 rung ladder under the water for ease of getting in and out of the water. On the swim platform there is also a shower. You can easily gear up and jump in the water all the way across the back deck. On both corners of the aft there is garbage lockers, 4 fishing rod holders, and the port side also has the nautool large propane barbecue with a light. In the middle aft you step onto the aft quarterdeck where you find our electric compressor which fills 2 tanks in 18 minutes. The davits on the aft lift the tender easily with electric winches. Going in front of the cockpit you have two large sunning mats on the main deck, 2 large trampolines for laying on, life rafts, outdoor speakers for the front decks and trampolines, a deck locker which stores the spinnaker, a bosum's locker, a warm drink locker, 4 double kayaks, windlass and anchor locker with controls, storage for propane tanks, fenders, anchor line, all the various water toys, and fresh water rinse down system. The decks have several permanent clothes lines, and well as deck lights for the different areas of the deck and cockpit.
Ground tackle
We carry a 85lb Bruce anchor with 300 feet of chain, a Lewmar electric windlass, a 35lb Fortress anchor with 300 feet of line, and an additional 3 or 4 anchors which are smaller for back up, as well as numerous lines and fenders.
Engine Room
Located in our engine room we have 2 x Perkins 65HP engines with low mileage, a 20 KW generator, watermaker, electric compressor, oil filters, 3 air conditioners of 16,000. BTU each. We have two fuel tanks which carry approximately 375 gallons of diesel, 2 water tanks which carry approximately 750 gallons of water and a large holding tank under our saloon floor. Both our holding tanks and water tanks have high level alarms on them. We carry an automatic roof fire system in our engine room, various fire extinguishers throughout the yacht, and smoke alarms.
Electrical System
Electrical system is 220 and 110 volt, 60 hz, running off a 20kva generater, 3000 watt inverter as well as a 12 volt system which has 2000 amp hour capacity. All of our cabins and common areas have 24 hour power point availibility
Sails and Rigging
Promenade is schooner rigged with main sail, foresail, staysail, and genoa as well as a symmetric spinnaker. Our Genoa and foresail have been replaced in the last year
SCUBA equipment
We carry complete SCUBA gear for up to 16, Our SCUBA gear has all been replaced in the last 18 months. Our compressor fills 2 tanks in 18 minutes. We carry 22 tanks, and snorkel gear for probably 40 guests on board. We also have 4 Dake sea scooters. Our boatique carries UK dive lights for sale for those guests who need them.
Charter Toys
Toys include 3 double and 1 single kayak with paddles, 6 person banana boat, waterski's for adults and children, wakeboard, kneeboard, double tube, 2 floating sun mats,6 swimming noodles, a full complement of waterskiing jackets and snorkelling vests, a snorkeling board.
Fishing Gear
We carry ballyhoo and lures for trolling, a casting net for live bait, frozen squid for bottom fishing, 2 trolling rods, 3 bottom fishing/spinning rods, gaff hook, landing net, various lures, bottom tackle and hand lines as well as 4 rod holders on the aft deck.
Boat Tenders
We have two tenders, one a 14' caribe with a 50 hp engine which set up for easily pulling water toys, and a 10' caribe with a 15 hp engine which is perfect for guests who want their "own" transportation and is easily pulled up on a beach. Our large tender is additionally set up with a depth finder, center console and a VHF radio.
Safety Gear
Life jackets for each guests and crew member, 2 throw buoys on the aft deck, 2x8 person life rafts with floating lights, various fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, flares and flare gun, 2 VHF radio, shortwave radio, 2 cel phones.
